Frequently asked

Answers about Physiotherapy

Does health insurance cover physiotherapy?

Yes — with a prescription from your doctor. We bill statutory health insurers directly. Private patients receive an invoice to submit to their insurance.

How quickly can I get a physiotherapy appointment?

We aim for prompt scheduling — typically within one to two weeks. Acute cases are prioritised wherever possible.

Do I need a new prescription for every session?

One prescription usually covers several sessions — the exact number is noted on the prescription. We then review with you whether a follow-up prescription is appropriate.

Ready for your first appointment?

Book online or give us a call — we'll discuss which therapy and which location suit you best.
