Do I need a doctor prescription?
You need a prescription from your GP or specialist for physiotherapy, occupational therapy and remedial means. Osteopathy, naturopathy and neurofeedback require no prescription — we treat on a self-pay basis or after your insurer confirms cost coverage.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Usually within one to two weeks — short-notice slots often appear through cancellations. Tell us your flexibility (weekday, morning/afternoon) and we will find a slot together.
Can I book an appointment online with a binding confirmation?
The online form sends a request with your preferred time. We confirm by phone within one working day and reserve the slot — the appointment is only binding once confirmed.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another patient. Short-notice cancellations may incur a cancellation fee under § 615 BGB.
Are therapy costs covered by my health insurance?
With a doctor's prescription and remedial-means approval, your statutory health insurer covers most costs minus a small co-pay (10% + €10 per prescription). For self-payers we invoice per current fee schedule — we can prepare a cost estimate in advance.
