Professional titles: Physiotherapeut, Heilpraktiker, Osteopath (jeweils verliehen in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland).

Among others, the following professional regulations apply:

• Act on the Professions in Physiotherapy (MPhG)
• Heilpraktiker Act (HeilprG) and its implementing regulation (Heilpraktiker-Durchführungsverordnung)
• Code of Conduct for Osteopathy (BVO)
• Act on the Advertising of Therapeutic Products (HWG)
• German Social Code, Book V (SGB V)

Professional liability insurance

The insurer and its scope of cover will be disclosed on request. Geographical scope of cover: Germany.

VAT

Therapeutic treatments are exempt from VAT pursuant to § 4 No. 14 of the German VAT Act (UStG). A VAT identification number is therefore not stated.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
